“My daughter began dancing at Xpress Yourself Dance Studio 3 years ago at the age of 10. She had very little previous dance experience. I wanted a smaller, personalized studio that was focused on teaching correct technique. I am a former dancer myself, trained in classical ballet, so proper technique was really important to me. My daughter wanted to learn lyrical, tap, jazz and ballet and wanted the opportunity to compete also. I wanted to make sure she was learning the correct technique, yet having fun, in a loving atmosphere. That is exactly what we have at Xpress Yourself. She receives awesome technique and training from Kristin, Mel and Justine. She loves being at the studio! We love being at the studio; it is our extended family!
